|How do I order?
The order in our online shop is quite simple. After selecting the desired item, just click on the shopping cart button. If all articles are in the shopping cart, click on the "Cash button" and you will be operated automatically through the rest of the ordering process.

.How do I pay?
We offer three ways of payment:
1) pre-payment to our bank account
2) payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
3) payment by Paypal
What time do I have to pay?
If you have chosen the pre-payment, your order will be executed immediately after payment is received.
We will ship your goods after we receive your pre-payment on our bank account! Thank you very much for your unterstanding.
If you pay by credit card, your order will be executed immediately.
Through QENTA paymentsolutions the amount to be paid is already checked and secured during the order transaction. Your credit card will be charged at the moment of delivery.
If you pay by PayPal, your order will be executed immediately.
Your order amount will be charged at the moment of delivery at PayPal.
If my data privacy?
Your IP-data are saved anonymous in the context of law and are not disclosed to third parties. These data are just used for internal statistics. The credit card information will not be collected by us. These information will be transfered to the respective credit card institution for reduction after the input in our online-shop.
What are my shipping costs?
After ordering, our shop-software calculates automatically the shipping-costs. The crucial factors for the shipping costs are the total weight of the parcel and also the recipient country. You can inform yourself about the correct shipping details previously under the point "delivery and shipping costs" in our RFID-Webshop.
How long is the delivery time?
We have specified the delivery time at each individual product in our RFID-Webshop. Generally our products are on stock. If we still don´t have the article on stock in the quantities you require, we will immediately contact you to clarifiy the delivery time.
What parcel service do we use?
We ship our parcels with GLS Express (Austria).
But there is also the possibility for you that we ship your parcels with your own in-house shipping service at the desired delivery-adress. In this case we need your account number. Of course, in this case, no shipping costs charged to you. The shipping costs which our software automatically calculated will not be put down to your account.
Can I choose an alternate shipping address?
In our online store you have the possibility to send the order to an alternative shipping-address, by the way of derogation from your registered or billing address. During the order-transaction you have the possibility to register this address.
Please understand that we cannot ship to a post-office box.
Can I pay in a different currency instead of EURO?
Our payment system is exclusive justified at the payment in EURO. The payment in a different currency (e.g. USD, CHF) is unfortunately not possible.
Do deliveries outside the EU have to be duty paid?
As buyer you have to pay potentially the arising costs of duty on your own.
The payment of duty depends on the respective recipient country and you can ask for it at the local customs duty office.
What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?
If the parcel is damaged, the parcel service has to confirm this condition (annotation on the dock receipt - e.g. damaged paperboard) and inform us about it immediately. In case of doubt deny the acceptance of goods. Every parcel is insured for such cases. But for the argumentation is an immediately written annotation at the parcel service necessary.
