According to service achievements of GLS Austria GmbH, we would like refer to you, that if you are not present on supply of your parcel, you will be informed by a notification message about the unsuccessful delivery.The package cannot be delivered again; this can be an alternative in the nearest GLS Parcel Shop deposited for collection by the recipient. The delivery of parcels for commercial receivers is the concierge to the post office receipt or the receipt of goods. One delivery to post office boxes is excluded.

Unsuccessful delivery
According to service achievements of FedEx, we would like refer to you, that if you are not present on supply of your parcel, you will be informed by a notification message about the unsuccessful delivery.
For an Intra-European Shipment sent using the FedEx International Economy service, after a first unsuccessful delivery attempt at the Recipient address, delivery may be made to the neighbor of the Recipient or the Shipment may be held for collection by the Recipient at a designated collection location.

Delivery to third countries
Shipments which cross national borders may have to be cleared through Customs in the destination country prior to delivery to the Recipient. 

FedEx may in some instances at its sole discretion accept instructions from the Recipient to use a designated customs broker other than FedEx or the broker designated by the Shipper. In any event, FedEx reserves the right to clear the Shipment if the broker cannot be determined or will not perform clearance or if accurate and complete broker information is not provided.

Goods in third countries will be shipped as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Costs of customs clearance will be charges directly with the receiver.
