All as aforementioned shipping costs are exclusive legal value-added taxes and inclusive packing charges.
All indicated delivery times are valid as average times and not as guaranteed, among other things like delays resulting through customs territory and/or delivery in remote areas, it could happen that we can't meet the delivery time.

According to service achievements of DHL express (Austria) GmbH, we would like refer to you, that if you are not present on supply of your parcel, you will be informed by a notification message about the unsuccessful delivery. The second supply of your parcel is made by the instructions of the receiver.  If the parcel can't be delivered, it will be returned with costs to us. The costs of these returns will be charged from us to the orderer.

Further we would like to mention that costs of customs clearance will be charges directly with the receiver.
