The economic compact RFID-unit is designed for the usage in supply chain management. The use of industrially manufactured modules ensures an easy installation in compliance with the legal requirements. The RFID-unit include all current data acquisition of antennas and reader which provides and supports the one-and two reader mode.
Installation
The simplicity of this RFID-units requires no special knowledge of the configuration of the system. The compact dimensions and a central connector enables easy and cost-effective assembly on the spot. For the operation are no external sensors or similar required. Inplug-and-play concept required only a short-term enrollment.
Performance Overview and Configuration
The RFID-units are characterized for the tasks of retail usual portal widths up to 4m . The modular design allows a flexible and cost-effective adjustment to desire customer requirements. The internal antenna reception system allows easy alignment of the antennas to the local conditions to achieve the optimum operational reliability. The adjustment to the values of all movable components are supplied in the provided documentation.
Included components
The portal consists of a robust galvanized metal casing, integrated UHF reader with 4 pcs. UHF antennas of the manufacturer - MOTOROLA.
A radar sensor triggers the HF power amplifier when approaching an object (forklifts, human, transport containers, etc.). Three integrated light sensors provide a directional detection on imports or outsourcing.
The reader running on the "Embedded Server" manages all built sensors and also provides a filter function.
The total cabling, as weel as just one shared power supply are embedded in the TAGportal-System.

Manipulation safety
This UHF-portal is made up of two self-contained units which exclude any unauthorized access. Mechanical protection facilities (for example: ram) are decoupled from the reading unit and can be maintained separately.

Ideally suited for integration into existing ERP-systems with/without direction detection.
Continuous costs
By maintaining freedom their are no continuous operating costs. For your company, no external components (for example: sensors) are necessary.
